The real estate journey officially began in 1985, as the family’s focus shifted from finance to development. Mr. Devichand Solanki and Mr. Uttamchand Solanki, recognising the tremendous potential of Thane’s land, transitioned from land trading to building, thus founding Solanki Developers as an independent company dedicated to real estate. Together, they built not just projects but a reputation for excellence.In 1990, Nirmal Solanki, son of Devichand, joined the family business, bringing forward-thinking strategies that expanded Solanki Developers into self-land development, community revitalization, and society enhancement.
